Ecclesiastes

Ecclesiastes is a very deep book written by King Solomon toward the end of his life, as he reflects on the meaning of life through the lens of death. Wisest of wise men, he concludes that a life lived apart from God is utterly vain and meaningless. Although some satisfaction can be found in the things of the world for a time, everything is fleeting, and will not stop death, which should cause us all to seek our life’s true purpose from the One who gave it to us in the first place.
